Developed and launched the nation’s first Spanish-language voice assistant for mobile banking, built with React.js, TypeScript, and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. This feature expanded accessibility and improved the overall user experience for Spanish-speaking customers nationwide.

I contributed to enhancing the official React Native mobile banking app—used by tens of millions of customers—by improving performance, optimizing critical user flows, and strengthening app stability across both iOS and Android platforms. As a result of these enhancements, the application achieved a 5-star rating and delivered a smoother, faster, and more reliable mobile experience.
