Cross-Platform Investment Experience
I contributed to the development of TD Ameritrade’s mobile and web trading experience, built using React Native for iOS, Android, and mobile web. The platform empowers users to manage portfolios, monitor market activity, and execute trades with fast, intuitive interactions.
Users can access real-time account balances, trade stocks and options, and view live market data through highly customizable charting components. The system supports advanced visualization tools, allowing traders to analyze price movements and track performance in an interactive and responsive environment.
Secure, Fast & User-Friendly
To enhance security and usability, the application includes:
- Face ID / Touch ID authentication
- Secure session handling
- Fund transfers with confirmation workflows
- Personalized dashboards with user-specific layouts
- Watchlists, order history, and portfolio summaries
These features create a smooth, reliable, and secure trading experience across all supported devices.
Mobile Web App + Responsive UI
The mobile web version was built using SASS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, ensuring:
- Fast and optimized page rendering
- Fully responsive layouts for all screen sizes
- Consistent design across browsers
- Lightweight components for reduced load times
The result is a cross-platform trading solution that performs seamlessly whether users are on mobile, tablet, or the web.
Technical Impact
This project highlights my experience building high-performance financial applications, integrating real-time data, and delivering secure, multi-platform trading tools using React Native and modern front-end technologies.
